It lists it as both $9.99 and $7.99.

Overview

Fitbit has many resources — possibly more than some may choose to use. For exercises, it allows you to record workouts, runs, and heart rate. For diet, you can set goals and log foods to see how they compare. You can also track your health data, such as weight.

“The Fitbit food database has over 350,000 foods available for reference. You can log your meals into the app and see how they measure up to your diet goals through the large database.”

Record Exercises

Enter which exercises you do into Fitbit and see how they impact your daily life and if you’re improving over time. For runners and walkers, you can count your steps and track your distance on your phone through the MobileTrack feature. MobileTrack also allows you to “run smarter” by tracking your pace, mapping your routes through GPS, and assessing motivational music from your library.

Record Diet

The Fitbit food database has over 350,000 foods available for reference. You can log your meals into the app and see how they measure up to your diet goals through the large database. You can even log your water intake to ensure you’re staying hydrated enough throughout your workouts and day.

Track Your Health

Fitbit lets you manage your weight loss or gain through the Aria Wifi Smart Scale. Additionally, you can track other health components such as Body Mass Index (BMI) and body fat percentages. The charts and graphs in the app lets you see the trends in your weight loss or gain over time, allowing you to know how you may need to improve.
