Description

Fooducate is a free app for monitoring your dietary choices that helps users keep a schedule of meals and monitor calorie intake. It’s a convenient way of helping you adhere to a diet by logging your food intake and other factors including sleep, exercise, and emotional effects of hunger and mood. Fooducate is a 50.9 MB app for monitoring diet and other factors that requires iOS 9 or higher to download from the App Store. Users can download and use for free. They may upgrade to various available versions.

Health Tracker & Food Finder

Fooducate’s numerous features include a nutritional tracker with bonuses such as the Personalized Nutrition Box featuring the ‘Health Tracker.’ This easy-to-use monitoring system counts your activity and calories, then converts them into points and academic grades to provide an assessment of your progress. Planning meals to keep you on track is easy with the ‘Food Finder’, which helps you search through thousands of food suggestions to suit your goals and personal cravings. 

 

Recipes and Community

The ‘Recipes’ feature provided by nutrition expert Debra Wyatt give you step-by-step instructions to the meal choices. The Personalized Nutrition Box offers a ‘Community’ feature where you can discuss your progress, ideas, and goals with other app users. 

 

Daily Tip & Food Grades and Explanations

Fooducate gives you a ‘Daily Tip’ to add to your mental toolbox of tips and tricks to keep you happy and healthy. This is an assessment of your activity and food intake, provided in ‘Food Grades and Explanations.’ Based on the activity you perform, the types of food you eat, and the number of calories you consume, you’ll receive a letter grade with detailed explanations behind the scoring. 

 

Recommendations for Healthy Eating

After you’ve been graded, you can improve by following the ‘Recommendations for Healthy Eating’ feature of Fooducate. The personalized tips will help you improve in certain areas to balance diet, activity, and glucose levels.
